By using byraeform.com, creating an account, posting a job, or applying to one, you agree to these terms. Please read them before using the site.

Using the site

You must be able to form a legally binding agreement to create an account or engage RAEFORM for services. Information you give us, whether in a client engagement, a job posting, or a talent profile, must be accurate and not misleading.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Employer accounts go through a verification step before they can post jobs or view applicant details; we may reject or revoke verification if the information provided doesn't check out.

The job board

  • Job postings must be genuine opportunities, free of discrimination, unpaid deceptive work, or misleading compensation.
  • Employers are responsible for the accuracy of the postings they publish and the way they handle applicant data.
  • Job seekers are responsible for the accuracy of their profile and application materials.
  • RAEFORM reviews sensitive profile and job changes before they go live, but does not guarantee the outcome of any application or hire.

Client engagements

Services performed for clients (branding, web development, software development, operations, virtual assistance, and related work) are governed by the scope, timeline, and payment terms agreed separately in a proposal, contract, or statement of work. Where these Terms and a signed agreement conflict on a specific engagement, the signed agreement controls.

Intellectual property

The RAEFORM name, logo, and site content are owned by RAEFORM unless otherwise noted. Deliverables produced for a client under a paid engagement transfer to that client according to the terms of that engagement, not these general Terms.

Limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided as-is. RAEFORM isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site, the job board, or reliance on public content such as blog posts or case studies. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Questions can be sent to raeformtoday@gmail.com.
