Every name has a story. Ours started at 2:00 AM.

RAEFORM isn’t a word we picked off a brand-name generator. It came from a client, a late-night call, and one sentence that changed how we described what we do.

It was almost two in the morning.

We were on another late-night client call.

Somewhere in the middle of fixing yet another issue, they said,

“Rae… can you just reform the whole thing?”

We both laughed.

I wrote the word down after the call.

Three years later, it’s still on the front of everything we build.

We don’t just redesign.

We reform systems.

We reform workflows.

We reform operations.

We reform brands.

We reform how organizations work.

Rae founded RAEFORM to be the operations partner she wished more organizations had: someone who steps in on the admin, the systems, the brand, and the back end, so founders and directors can stay focused on the mission that brought them there in the first place.
