It was almost two in the morning.
We were on another late-night client call.
Somewhere in the middle of fixing yet another issue, they said,
“Rae… can you just reform the whole thing?”
We both laughed.
I wrote the word down after the call.
Three years later, it’s still on the front of everything we build.
We don’t just redesign.
We reform systems.
We reform workflows.
We reform operations.
We reform brands.
We reform how organizations work.
Rae founded RAEFORM to be the operations partner she wished more organizations had: someone who steps in on the admin, the systems, the brand, and the back end, so founders and directors can stay focused on the mission that brought them there in the first place.
“The businesses that need the most support are usually the ones who have the least of it.”
To reform organizations through thoughtful systems, practical operations, and purposeful technology that helps people focus on the work that matters most.
To become the trusted operations partner for nonprofits and growing organizations around the world, where better systems create greater impact.
Own the work. Own the outcome.
Every organization is different. Our solutions should be too.
Good enough rarely stays good enough. We improve continuously.
Beautiful means nothing if it doesn't work.
Treat every client's mission like it's our own.
Long-term partnerships beat one-time projects.
Technology should help people, not create more work.
What actually needs to be reformed? Not redesigned. Not automated. Not replaced. Reformed.
We understand how your organization actually operates before recommending anything.
We challenge outdated processes, unnecessary complexity, and inherited habits.
We rebuild the systems, workflows, branding, and digital experience around how your team actually works.
Documentation, training, and ongoing support make sure the improvements last.
Even the steps all begin with R.
We believe great organizations aren’t built by superheroes. They’re built by people who communicate well, document everything, stay curious, and help each other succeed.
Read Our Culture Policy →It started with one late-night sentence.
“Rae… reform the whole thing.”
We’ve been doing exactly that ever since.
